Yes, it’s true. This newborn session was shot completely in-home, in a high-rise condo to be exact. The secret to creating a ‘studio’ newborn session is to have a bright space with large windows.

The benefits to in-home newborn photography are not having to leave the home. It is the most convenient option for tired parents, rambunctious toddlers, and of course the family pet. As shown above, it doesn’t have to incorporate any part of your home. You can simply sit back and relax in your bathrobe, slippers, and sip on a cup of tea while I work my magic in any space that has a bright window. 9 times out of 10, the master bedroom has the best setup and space.
