Often overlooked because of busy schedules, work demands, and living life, the family session is an essential snapshot in time. We come together to capture a fleeting moment where time stops. You will not age in your photo. You can remember your baby and how they were that day. Images bring back smells, sounds, and emotions. Portraits bring us back to that moment and how the summer warmth and the sun danced on our skin. We remember the events leading up to that session, for example, the struggle and frustration of getting a toddler ready. Suddenly, 10 years later, we yearn for that time back. But we remember. Oh, we remember. Sometimes we forget, but our family session portraits are guaranteed memories forever. And they will always bring us back.

Outdoor Session Timing
Timing our session to sunset is ideal. Nature provides us with the opportunity to borrow the magic of the setting sun and its beautiful orange glow to light our scene. The sun is unique to that day forever. No one else will have that sunset. It has the power to turn a plain over-grown green field into a sparkling sea of glowing grass with sun flares from between wind-blown golden hair and rich colors. A little help from photoshop too.
